Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook in a high-volume environment such as airport lounge hospitality hotel or restaurant
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members including those without prior kitchen experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Support the Chef in the day-to-day kitchen operations including prep service and closing
- Prepare and present high-quality food in accordance with company standards and menus
- Ensure consistent execution of composed dishes
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitation and hygiene standards
- Assist in inventory management ordering and cost control initiatives
- Train coach and support lounge team members including non-culinary staff to ensure proper food handling and execution
- Provide clear guidance and simplified processes to support team members with varying levels of experience
- Step in to lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Chef
- Maintain a clean organized and efficient kitchen environment
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
