The Facility Reservations Coordinator position at the LRCVB is a critical role tasked with managing the reservation, booking, and scheduling processes for the Bureau's facilities. The coordinator acts as the primary liaison between the Bureau and clients looking to use these event spaces, helping to organize and confirm bookings, answer inquiries, and facilitate seamless event execution. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams alike. Although this role is not designated as Safety-Sensitive nor considered Essential Personnel under the LRCVB Inclement Weather Policy, it remains a cornerstone in the daily operational success of the Bureau. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Coordinate reservation, booking and scheduling processes for facilities operated by LRCVB
  • Serve as liaison between clients and LRCVB for facility usage
  • Manage inquiries related to facility availability and bookings
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and client information
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts and event documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful event execution
  • Provide customer support and resolve booking issues
