Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment
- Frequently stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Regularly perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, or reaching
- Ability to work in a high-heat, high-pressure environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment

Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping, peeling, or portioning ingredients
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed during service
- Monitor and report any issues with kitchen equipment to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef
- Ensure proper storage and care of tools and supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and chemical use
