Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment
  • Frequently stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Regularly perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, or reaching
  • Ability to work in a high-heat, high-pressure environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen
  • Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed
  • Reliable and consistent with a focus on maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen

Job Duties

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping, peeling, or portioning ingredients
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed during service
  • Monitor and report any issues with kitchen equipment to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef
  • Ensure proper storage and care of tools and supplies
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and chemical use
