The hourly wage ranges from $14.00 to $16.00, reflecting the company's commitment to offering competitive pay to its team members.
The role requires a "team attitude" meaning candidates should be willing to assist their colleagues whenever needed and take pride in contributing to a positive work atmosphere. Applicants will be involved in prepping fresh ingredients such as chopping vegetables and cutting meat, stocking and restocking stations, setting up for each shift with all necessary cooking tools and ingredients, and ensuring the kitchen remains a safe and clean place to work. Employees are expected to be familiar with all kitchen stations including stretching dough, topping pizzas, preparing appetizers and salads, working on the expo line, dishwashing, and other prep areas. Pies & Pints provides a unique chance to be part of a recognized brand known for creativity, quality, and team camaraderie.
Additionally, Pies & Pints offers a wonderful benefits package that includes 401(k) with matching contributions, dental insurance, employee discounts, flexible scheduling, health insurance, opportunities for advancement within the company, paid time off, ongoing training and development, vision insurance, and wellness resources. This comprehensive benefits program reflects the company’s dedication to supporting the well-being and growth of its employees. Those interested in joining the Pies & Pints team should visit the restaurant in person to apply during the designated hours, Monday through Friday from 2pm to 4pm. Pies & Pints is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity, welcoming applicants regardless of race, religion, color, age, gender, disability, national origin or any other legally protected status.
