Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or restaurant kitchen environment preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- physical ability to lift 50 pounds
- adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Interact with every team member and guest professionally and in a friendly and hospitable manner
- primary responsibility is to prepare ingredients, cook dishes according to established recipes and ensure food quality meets restaurant standards. Compliance with portion sizes, cooking methods and quality standards included in recipes
- prep ingredients, manage stock levels, rotate inventory, and ensure proper storage of food items. 100% compliance with opening/closing and restocking of the line as needed and at the end of each shift
- maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen workspace, follow proper hygiene practices and adhere to food safety regulations
- adhere to established standards for service, dress code and sanitation procedures
- handle, store and rotate all product properly including stocking product and inventory upon truck delivery
- consistently work with others as a team, demonstrating core values of positively impacting others, standing together as family, and encouraging fun
- collaborate with kitchen and FOH staff to efficiently manage orders, communicate any issues and maintain a smooth workflow
