The very first Panino's Italian restaurant was originally known as Pizza Plus when it opened in downtown Colorado Springs in 1974, founded by Everetta Lou and Tony Frasca. Over the years, the business has grown significantly, establishing multiple locations across the United States, including two in Colorado Springs, one in Fort Collins, and another in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. Despite this growth, Panino's remains a family-owned and operated business, with ownership proudly staying within the Frasca family. Job Duties
- Ensuring the proper quantities and specs of products
- Station stocking and cleaning duties are properly carried out
- Maintaining consistency of all the food that is being prepped
- Maintain standards of cleanliness for all areas and equipment
- Ensure that all food items are being consistently prepared in accordance with quality standards
- Communicating with the ordering manager if there is too much or too little product
- Aware of health and food safety regulations
- Maintaining open communication with staff and keeping the kitchen morale and attitude positive
