We are currently seeking a Prep Cook to join our passionate kitchen team, playing a crucial role in the success of our culinary service. This role is integral to our operations as it sets the foundation for every meal through meticulous preparation and organization. \n\nAs a Prep Cook, you will be the vital underpinning of our kitchen team, responsible for ensuring all ingredients and stations are perfectly prepared for service. Your role involves prepping ingredients, portioning proteins, chopping vegetables, and supporting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to quality are fundamental in this role, as the consistency of the dishes served depends largely on the prep work you carry out. You will be expected to uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation, properly label and store ingredients for quick access, and assist with kitchen operations such as dishwashing and trash removal. Job Requirements
