Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environment is a plus
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • strong attention to detail and efficiency

  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties

  • prep and portion ingredients according to instructions
  • wash and chop vegetables and cut meats per recipes
  • organize and label stocked items for easy access
  • follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
  • maintain a clean and organized station practicing proper food safety
  • set up steam table with proper water levels and heat food to service-ready temperatures
  • monitor steam table during service maintaining par levels and proper temperatures
  • assist with dishwashing, trash removal, and general kitchen duties as needed
