We are looking to hire a dedicated Prep Cook who will be an essential part of our kitchen operations. The Prep Cook will handle the crucial initial steps of meal preparation by readying ingredients, portioning items according to recipe standards, and supporting chefs to ensure efficiency and quality. This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and the stamina to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Being dependable and efficient in food preparation and station maintenance are critical to help maintain our high standards and timely service.

As a Prep Cook, you will collaborate closely with Executive and Sous Chefs, following prep lists, measuring ingredients accurately, seasoning proteins, and ensuring that all components of dishes are primed for cooking and assembly. Keeping your workstation clean, labeled, and stocked is vital so that kitchen flow remains uninterrupted. Additionally, you will play a supporting role by managing station readiness such as setting up and monitoring steam tables, as well as helping with general kitchen duties including dishwashing and trash removal when needed.

This role is crucial in maintaining smooth kitchen operations and upholding the standards that make our restaurant stand out. We emphasize professionalism, speed, and precision, as well as the ability to handle pressure calmly while meeting prep and production schedules. Job Duties
