Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Hotel front of house operations experience preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of math
  • Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
  • Must be able to listen carefully to guest requests and execute them in a timely manner
  • Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods
  • Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Regular and consistent attendance required
  • Must be able to work well with other team members and managers and interact with guests

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Completes pre-arrival emails and calls prior to guest arrival to book activities, spa services, and schedule dining times
  • Be a point of contact for guests prior to their arrival to inform guests of special happenings during their stay and to answer any questions they may have
  • Gathers/tracks guest information and preferences by maintaining the guest database
  • Creates unique memorial experiences for guests
  • Reviews traces daily and confirms information with other departments
  • Audits activity and spa bookings to ensure accuracy
  • Communicates accurate guest information and preferences to other team members and departments
  • Monitors website content to ensure accurate event information is posted
