Prior to guest arrival, concierges complete pre-arrival emails and calls to book activities, schedule spa services, and arrange dining times, ensuring that guests' needs are anticipated and fulfilled. They gather and maintain guest preferences in the database, confirm information with other departments, and audit bookings for accuracy. As specialists in guest interaction, concierges convey relevant information and preferences to all team members and departments to uphold the level of service the company strives for. They also monitor the company’s website to ensure event details are current and accurate. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor. The concierge must comply with all company policies and demonstrate consistent attendance, cooperation with team members and managers, and active participation in enhancing the guest experience. This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities but is key to the smooth function of guest services and overall customer satisfaction. Physical demands include sitting at a computer for extended periods and operating company vehicles or golf carts. The work environment is primarily a general office setting, ideal for individuals who enjoy a team setting and direct guest engagement in hospitality operations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Hotel front of house operations experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge and understanding of math
- Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
- Must be able to listen carefully to guest requests and execute them in a timely manner
- Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures
- Regular and consistent attendance required
- Must be able to work well with other team members and managers and interact with guests

Job Duties
- Completes pre-arrival emails and calls prior to guest arrival to book activities, spa services, and schedule dining times
- Be a point of contact for guests prior to their arrival to inform guests of special happenings during their stay and to answer any questions they may have
- Gathers/tracks guest information and preferences by maintaining the guest database
- Creates unique memorial experiences for guests
- Reviews traces daily and confirms information with other departments
- Audits activity and spa bookings to ensure accuracy
- Communicates accurate guest information and preferences to other team members and departments
- Monitors website content to ensure accurate event information is posted
