Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in baking or confectionary
  • Knowledge of scaling and decorating techniques
  • Ability to follow sanitation procedures
  • Capability to manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Passion for cake decorating
  • Experienced in confectionary production
  • Ability to learn new techniques quickly
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitization

Job Duties

  • Responsible for scaling, decorating and producing all desserts, pastries and cakes
  • General knowledge of production methods and organization of confectionary production
  • Learn new products and skills and demonstrate proper techniques to back of house team
  • Sanitize workstation and maintain overall cleanliness
  • Manage time and skills with strong organization
  • Know all recipes and production procedures
  • Receive, stock and store food properly in designated containers and storage areas
  • Inform supervisor when equipment malfunctions or food supplies run low
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
