The Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist is responsible for answering multi-line phone systems, typing and managing correspondence, generating and auditing repair orders for accuracy, and processing payments. Job Requirements
- Understanding of accounting functions with experience strongly preferred
- multi-line phone experience and ability to multi-task
- valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- excellent attendance record
- must successfully complete pre-employment criminal background and motor vehicle record check
- proven history of strong customer-oriented skills
