Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist to join our team at the collision center. This position is vital as the face of our dealership, responsible for managing the first point of contact with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven and successful work history in customer service and reception roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent multi-tasking abilities, as well as a keen understanding of administrative and accounting functions related to the automotive service industry. Pay for this position depends on experience and reflects the responsibilities expected from the candidate.

Job Duties
- Greet customers and determine nature of their visit
- Answer incoming calls
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Generate repair orders and audit for accuracy
- Accept payment from guests
- Update customers on progress of their vehicle
- Perform other duties as assigned
