Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Two years of experience in an automotive service department preferred
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications including Motility Systems2K and other software as applicable
- Ability to work in a safety sensitive position
- Ability to handle moderate noise levels and exposure to fumes or airborne particles
- Ability to bend, sit for long periods, reach above shoulders, and lift at least 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate the department profitably within dealership guidelines

- Ability to withstand occasional exposed to high places, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals
- Ability to work in a work environment with moderate noise levels
- Ability to bend or sit for long periods of time
- Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Directly supervises one or more employees in the service department
- Responsible to maintain all autos, golf carts, tractors, and all other machinery owned by property
- Responsible for the inventory, ordering and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service department
- Assisting in the disciplinary or promotional recommendations required for all service personnel
- Responsible for insuring OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times
- Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals
- Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times
- Responsible for thorough knowledge of management company policies
