Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for several hours during shifts
- Properly wear facemask during work
- Availability for full-time or part-time on-site work
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service
- Good knowledge of cash register operation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

- Ability to multitask quickly and thoroughly
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of cookies according to Crumbl recipes and standards
- Ensure quality and consistency of all baked goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking area
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Operate baking equipment safely and correctly
- Engage with customers to provide a friendly and welcoming experience
- Follow food safety and health regulations
