Job Duties
- Greet customers and prepare drinks when customer order
- Prepare all customer drinks effectively by following the tickets which tells you the appropriate ice and sugar level
- Operate a POS system and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card, provide accurate change to customers
- Provide great customer service
- Assist customers with their needs
- Properly maintain the machines by keeping it clean at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop
- Stock necessary items and perform cleaning tasks
