Job Requirements

Prior experience in food and beverage service is required
Hard-working and honest with a strong sense of responsibility
Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work well in a team
Age requirement 18 to 25 years old for boba barista, over 20 years old for kitchen and food prep
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to work morning shifts from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Availability to work full-time or part-time
Good physical stamina to handle kitchen and floor tasks

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in food and beverage service
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to work well in a team setting
Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in food service

Job Duties

Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks according to company recipes
Handle cashier duties including processing payments and providing customer service
Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks maintaining cleanliness
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe food service environment
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver efficient service
Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
Communicate effectively with customers and team to enhance service quality
