Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- One to two years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Ability to perform each job duty and responsibility

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Train all front desk staff in procedures, appearance, and etiquette for a boutique level experience
- Monitor competitor rates and inventory and make suggestions to the General Manager
- Create and develop the front desk schedule factoring in PTO and time off requests
- Investigate guest complaints and assist in resolving them promptly and respectfully
- Work high-demand weekend shifts and cover varying shift needs
- Coach and counsel front desk staff within 24 hours of incidents
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to track room readiness and ensure optimal guest service
- Perform housekeeping supervisor duties as needed
- Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventories and order supplies accordingly
- Participate in interview, selection, and joint approval of line-level staff with the General Manager
- Operate the hotel independently when the General Manager is not present
- Undertake special projects or assignments outside regular duties as assigned
