Job Description
Kyo is a leading provider of child-centric Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, dedicated to improving the lives of thousands of children and teens across 11 states. Specializing in personalized behavioral therapy, Kyo integrates advanced technology and evidence-based practices to deliver measurable, impactful outcomes for clients. As a company founded and led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Kyo emphasizes clinical excellence, mentorship, and innovation in all aspects of care. They offer comprehensive support to their clinicians, including focused mentorship programs, continuing education opportunities, and leadership development initiatives. The organization prioritizes work-life balance, offering flexible schedules with approximately 50% telehealth work options and administrative support to minimize clinicians' paperwork and maximize client interaction time.
This role is designed for BCBAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and their families. As a BCBA at Kyo, you will work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans targeting the development of meaningful skills. You will utilize proprietary technology, including self-monitoring supervision tools and scheduling portals, to streamline assessments and track progress efficiently. The position also includes opportunities to participate in community and regional events, benefit from tiered bonuses, and engage in career growth through leadership roles. Kyo is currently offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. The job type is full-time or part-time with a competitive annual salary range between $90,000 and $105,000.
Working at Kyo means joining a team that values clinical excellence, ongoing professional development, and retaining dedicated staff through individualized mentorship and supportive initiatives. The company provides an inclusive environment where clinicians can collaborate with peers nationwide, enjoy a variety of comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Kyo prioritizes its employees' well-being with access to onsite medical services, employee assistance programs, and flexible spending accounts. As a BCBA working within the Phoenix area, you might serve clients in multiple locations including Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Goodyear, Mesa, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Surprise, and Tempe. Kyo’s commitment to cutting-edge practices and compassionate care makes it an outstanding choice for BCBAs seeking to grow their careers while making a positive impact in their community.
