Job Requirements
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Qualifications
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Experience developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient with technology and data collection tools used in ABA therapy
Job Duties
- Create customized treatment plans based on individual client assessments
- Utilize advanced technology to monitor and measure client progress
- Provide direct applied behavior analysis therapy to children and teens
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective outcomes
- Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs
- Drive to client locations to deliver in-person services
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
