  • Completion of relevant clinical training and certifications

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Experience developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficient with technology and data collection tools used in ABA therapy

Job Duties

  • Create customized treatment plans based on individual client assessments
  • Utilize advanced technology to monitor and measure client progress
  • Provide direct applied behavior analysis therapy to children and teens
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs
  • Drive to client locations to deliver in-person services
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
