Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Must have and maintain an impeccable driving record to perform test drives, deliver, and fuel vehicles
- Must be available to work a 45 hour work week that falls between the hours of 9am and 8pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 6pm on Saturday
- Be physically able to walk the lot, assist customers with vehicle hoods and trunk lids, enter and exit vehicles regularly, assist customers indoors and outdoors
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Impeccable driving record
- Ability to work a 45 hour work week including evenings and Saturdays
- Physical ability to walk lot and assist customers with vehicle features
- Willingness to complete manufacturer training and certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Stay up to date on the latest BMW technology and product updates
- Display mastery of features, advantages, and benefits of product and conduct walk arounds per BMW and Flow guidelines
- Educate customers on BMW features, technology, and vehicle functionality
- Conduct vehicle deliveries and ensure customers fully understand their new vehicle
- Ensure follow ups are completed
- Assist guests in the showroom or on the lot with questions about BMW models and innovations
- Support the sales team and enhance the overall customer experience
