Specializing in authentic Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, high-quality dishes crafted by skilled professionals. Our venue is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and dedication to maintaining the highest standards in food preparation and presentation. With a reputation for exceptional service and a focus on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sanitation, our team works collaboratively to ensure each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. We emphasize continuous training and development for our staff to stay ahead in culinary techniques and hospitality trends. This opportunity involves a crucial support role within our kitchen team, directly assisting senior chefs with the preparation and presentation of sushi and sashimi dishes.

The Sushi Cook plays an essential role on our culinary team by supporting the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Assistant Room Chef. The Sushi Cook ensures that the Sushi Bar and its equipment remain in excellent working condition and adheres to stringent cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a hygienic workspace. Additionally, this role involves maintaining proper stock levels of cold items to support uninterrupted service. The ideal candidate brings at least one to two years of sushi-making experience, ideally in a high-volume restaurant setting, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and high-quality food presentation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals who are passionate about Japanese cuisine and eager to advance their skills within a supportive and well-established team environment. We are seeking individuals who demonstrate sound judgment, possess necessary work permits or cards, and who can seamlessly integrate into our kitchen brigade to contribute to the overall success and reputation of our dining establishment.
