Job Duties

  • Adhere to all rules, policies, and regulations as stated in the Pechanga Team Member Handbook
  • Work as a team player and assist coworkers in achieving goals of outlet
  • Display knowledge of food and beverage available in Blends
  • Take guest orders, place them in Micros (POS), and collect payment
  • Display accurate knowledge of food and beverage pricing
  • Follow proper cash handling procedures, maintain the cash drawer and follow closing cash policies
  • Assist guests in a friendly, professional manner and meet their needs
  • Re-stock condiments and supplies
  • Set and clear tables and chairs according to outlet standards
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Empty trash as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
