The available role is for a Blending Technician Lead located in Baltimore, operating on the 2nd shift from 2 pm to 10 pm. The position offers an hourly pay range between $35.98 and $38.75, depending on the candidate's experience. As a Blending Technician Lead, the individual will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the blending, testing, and sanitation of syrup, beverages, and water treatment. This role encompasses ensuring that in-process syrup and beverages comply with company specifications and regulatory standards. The Blending Technician Lead is proficient in inventory management, ordering, testing, blending, and maintaining adherence to Integrated Management System policies. The role entails supporting quality assurance teammates throughout the entire process—from the receipt of raw materials to the sanitization of equipment, pipes, and tanks to prevent microbiological contamination.

Additionally, this leadership position involves upholding company standards and fostering departmental leadership and development. The Blending Technician Lead plays an active role in Corporate Management System (CMS) routines and participates in plant-wide improvement teams. The role also requires professional interaction with external plant stakeholders and effective communication to ensure smooth operations.
