The Technician-Blending role is a critical position within the Tennessee Valley division, designed to ensure the precise blending of syrups and hot fill finished products from concentrate. This role requires a dependable professional committed to maintaining high production standards and adhering to strict quality assurance protocols. The Technician-Blending will work the night shift from 10 pm to 6:30 am Monday through Friday, with additional weekend shifts and overtime as necessary, demanding flexibility and reliability.

In this role, the Technician-Blending will utilize proper blending techniques, including batch and ingredient scanning, to guarantee product consistency and quality. The position involves diligent inventory maintenance, ingredient ordering, receipt inspection, and rigorous testing of syrup and finished products to meet company standards. Equipment sanitation, both internal and external, is a vital part of daily duties, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with good manufacturing practices. The role also includes monitoring water quality by collecting and testing for pH, taste, odor, and appearance.

Safety is paramount at Coca-Cola UNITED, and the Technician-Blending must consistently follow safety policies and use personal protective equipment. The position requires strong organizational skills, basic mathematical abilities for conversions, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, to document and report production data accurately. Forklift experience is preferred, enhancing the candidate’s ability to handle inventory and materials efficiently.
