Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- forklift certification
- ability to lift 55 lbs repetitively
- strong math skills and ability to use calculator proficiently
- knowledge of CIP procedures
- must follow plant GMPs, sanitation, cleanliness and safety requirements
- good attendance
- ability to follow direction from supervisors
- some mechanical aptitude

- understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols

- experience in an aseptic food or beverage manufacturing environment preferred
Job Duties
- display good work ethics and work well with management and other blenders
- follow and carry out direction given by leadspersons or supervisor
- lift 55 lbs repetitively
- learn blending and CIP hook ups
- maintain good attendance
- exhibit math and calculator skills
- complete forklift operator training
- record required CIP information accurately with date, time, and initials
- maintain neat, accurate, and complete paperwork
- verify ingredients and follow blend sheet directions
- understand and perform pre-operation blending preparations
- identify and report abnormalities of ingredients or blends
- maintain clean and sanitary work areas and equipment
- follow GMP requirements and SOPs
- sample and receive all bulk fluid deliveries
- perform other duties as assigned
