As a reputable player in the food manufacturing industry, the company prioritizes employee training, workplace safety, and maintaining a sanitary environment to ensure the delivery of superior products to its customers. The company offers full-time employment opportunities for dedicated professionals seeking a stable and rewarding work environment with opportunities for growth within the manufacturing sector.
The role being hired for is a full-time Production Assistant position that works closely under the supervision of the Lead Blender. This position plays a critical part in supporting the blending and mixing operations necessary to meet the production schedule and ensure product quality meets the established customer specifications. The individual will assist in weighing and measuring materials, managing sanitation protocols, and following safety and production procedures while using blending machinery. The position requires collaboration with the Quality Assurance team to troubleshoot production issues and maintain the smooth operation of the blending process.

An essential function of the role is to collect product samples for laboratory testing and maintain rigorous documentation as per product specifications. The employee will also handle equipment operation, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to transfer materials and products efficiently across work areas. Physical fitness is important since the job involves lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and maintaining focus during repeated tasks.
