The position of Blender is integral to our production team, responsible for formulating and mixing all blended products in accordance with quality and safety guidelines. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who can accurately interpret formulas and operate blending equipment efficiently. The Blender will play a key role in ensuring that all produced batches meet the company's standards for consistency, safety, and quality before moving on to packaging and distribution stages. Emphasis is placed on following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain product integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a Blender, you will be responsible for picking, measuring, and blending formulas using precise methods, effectively operating blenders, mixers, cookers, and related machinery. Maintaining proper lot coding, preparing samples for laboratory testing, and ensuring timely coordination with packaging teams are vital aspects of the role. Continuous monitoring of product quality and reporting any issues promptly to supervisory staff will be necessary to uphold our food safety and quality management systems. In addition, maintaining accurate records and paperwork is critical for traceability and audit purposes.

This full-time position offers a flexible work schedule and is ideal for individuals with prior blending experience or a strong interest in food production processes. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and have or be willing to obtain forklift certification through company-provided training. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.
