We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Blender Operator to join our production team. The Blender Operator will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately preparing, blending, and processing dry food ingredients according to established formulas and production schedules. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and a deep understanding of food safety regulations such as GMP, HACCP, and FDA compliance standards. Working closely with other production staff, the Blender Operator will ensure that blending operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest levels of product quality.

The Blender Operator’s responsibilities include operating various dry blending equipment, such as ribbon blenders and paddle mixers, safely and in compliance with company policies. Beyond blending, this role involves maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment, documenting production data accurately, and promptly reporting any equipment malfunctions or product inconsistencies.

Ideal candidates for this position will have prior experience in food manufacturing or dry blending operations, though training will be provided to those with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The work environment is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Candidates must be comfortable working in environments with dust, noise, and variable temperatures, and must adhere strictly to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols to ensure their safety and the safety of the product.
