Join Our Team as a Blend Technician and be an integral part of our production line where precision, safety, and quality control are paramount. As a Blend Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and inspecting product blends to guarantee they meet our rigorous quality and accuracy standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our materials and blends perform optimally in various applications.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with basic math skills
  • Ability to operate machinery, work with computer interfaces, and perform inventory control tasks
  • Lifting and moving materials
  • Specific vision abilities
  • Exposure to various manufacturing conditions, including wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and hot/cold environments

Job Duties

  • Ensure material accuracy by verifying that all materials used for blending are correct and free of contaminants
  • Stage materials properly for blending, drying, and further processing
  • Prepare blends by following the schedule to prepare blends based on priority
  • Communication involves coordinating with other departments and management to address any issues
  • Quality control confirms that materials and equipment are clean and free of contamination
  • Material handling involves loading and unloading trailers to keep the area organized and materials moving
  • Maintain cleanliness by keeping the work area clean and safe
