The role open at FreshPoint Bix Produce Company, LLC is for a dedicated Delivery Driver, whose primary responsibility is executing daily routes efficiently with numerous stops. Working within a cross-dock model, drivers will pick up loaded trucks from nightly deliveries at assigned docks and return empty trucks to designated lots. The role occasionally expands to include assisting with loading trucks, palletizing goods, and other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers. Compensation ranges from $22.15 to $26.70 per hour, in compliance with state-specific wage laws and based on skills and experience. Additionally, employees may be eligible for the company’s incentive plan.

This position is travel-intensive, requiring up to 25% travel as part of route runs.
