Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to restaurant standards and recipes
- maintain a clean and organized work environment including adherence to cleaning schedules and safety protocols
- assist kitchen manager and chefs with various tasks including inventory management and food prep
- follow instructions and guidelines from kitchen manager and chefs
- operate the point of sale system to complete transactions
- provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries about property amenities and local attractions
