Guest Service Experts perform a variety of tasks including setting tables, communicating orders with kitchen staff, interacting with guests by serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas. They play an essential role in making each transaction and interaction feel personalized and part of the overall guest experience. The position demands physical activity such as standing, walking, and navigating through potentially uneven or slippery surfaces, as well as lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
