The role in focus is for a Food and Beverage and Culinary Expert, specifically an Experto de servicio al huésped, working full-time preferably on the evening shift. This is a non-management position where the individual plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience beyond just serving food and beverages. The position requires an individual who takes initiative in offering comprehensive services that contribute to a memorable visit.

The responsibilities extend to setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work and storage areas. The Experto de servicio al huésped must ensure that every transaction and interaction adds value to the guest's experience. This role demands physical stamina, as tasks involve prolonged standing, walking on uneven or slippery surfaces, lifting and moving objects under 50 pounds, reaching high places, bending, twisting, stretching, and crouching.

Adherence to company standards is vital, including maintaining a professional appearance, following safety protocols, and ensuring quality service delivery. Even though this is not a supervisory role, the candidate is expected to perform all duties diligently and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate and has less than one year of related work experience. No supervisory experience or additional certifications are required for this position.
