The LifeCafe Staff role is an engaging and fast-paced position that involves preparing and serving a variety of menu items, including food, shakes, and espresso drinks, according to established recipes and speed of service standards. In this role, the team member must deliver exceptional customer service by responding to member inquiries, making personalized food and beverage recommendations, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The ability to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within the cafe area is essential, especially given the fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Beyond technical skills in food preparation and beverage service, the position requires physical stamina to work in a stationary position, regularly bending and lifting, as well as completing CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire. Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or cafe environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
