The LifeCafe Staff play a vital role in delivering high-quality food and beverage services that align with Life Time’s standards of health, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The LifeCafe Staff position involves preparing menu items such as food, shakes, and espresso drinks quickly and accurately to meet recipe and speed of service standards. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, staff members must maintain excellent customer service by engaging with members, answering questions, and making informed suggestions about food and service options. Additionally, staff are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the café area to meet health and safety regulations. This role requires standing or moving about the café for extended periods and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending. CPR/AED certification is also required within the first 30 days of employment to ensure preparedness in emergency situations.
