The Bistro Busser role at Graton Resort & Casino is an essential part of the dining and nightlife experience within its contemporary restaurant and lounge settings. The Bistro Busser will operate primarily in Bistro 101, B-Side Lounge, or both venues, each known for their casual yet contemporary ambiance that caters to diverse clientele. The individual holding this position is expected to maintain a polished and professional demeanor, anticipating guest needs proactively while working seamlessly with both the bar and service teams. Their role is central to upholding the venue's high standards of service excellence. Key responsibilities include delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately, clearing tables and bars efficiently, and ensuring that the overall dining environment remains clean, organized, and inviting. Additionally, the Bistro Busser will assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area as needed. The position demands an articulate communicator capable of engaging with guests to explain menu offerings confidently and to make informed recommendations. Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards is paramount to ensure a safe and compliant workspace. Due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality environment, the Bistro Busser must be adaptable, capable of handling a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Physical stamina and dexterity are essential, as the job involves standing, walking, lifting, and carrying for extended periods. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, guest-centered settings and seek to be part of a team that takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. The employment type is hourly, and compensation aligns with industry standards for similar roles in the hospitality and casino service sector.
