The Bistro Busser position at Graton Resort & Casino plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth running and ambiance of its casual yet contemporary restaurant and nightclub/lounge settings. This role uniquely blends responsibilities across bussing, supporting the bar, and running food, requiring a professional who is attentive, polished, and guest-focused. Bussers will have shifts in either Bistro 101, B-Side Lounge, or occasionally both, contributing significantly to the overall flow of service and guest satisfaction. This position demands a proactive approach to guest needs and close coordination with service and bar teams, ensuring that orders are accurate and delivered promptly with impeccable presentation. The Bistro Busser must be well-versed in all food and beverage offerings to confidently inform and recommend menu options, enhancing the guest experience.

Beyond delivering exceptional table clearing and cleaning duties, the Bistro Busser is expected to maintain organized and sanitary workstations throughout their shift, adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage environment preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role preferred
