The Bistro Busser position at Graton Resort & Casino plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth running and ambiance of its casual yet contemporary restaurant and nightclub/lounge settings. This role uniquely blends responsibilities across bussing, supporting the bar, and running food, requiring a professional who is attentive, polished, and guest-focused. Bussers will have shifts in either Bistro 101, B-Side Lounge, or occasionally both, contributing significantly to the overall flow of service and guest satisfaction. This position demands a proactive approach to guest needs and close coordination with service and bar teams, ensuring that orders are accurate and delivered promptly with impeccable presentation. The Bistro Busser must be well-versed in all food and beverage offerings to confidently inform and recommend menu options, enhancing the guest experience.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage environment preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting company values
- perform duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings to explain menu and make recommendations
- follow department’s steps of service consistently
- deliver food and beverages promptly ensuring accuracy and presentation
- clear tables and bar areas of dirty dishes and glassware
- provide attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience
- maintain clean and organized work areas including dining room and service stations
- anticipate guest needs and promptly address concerns
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
