Job Requirements
- Previous experience in bistro or similar food service roles
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol as per local regulations
- flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds

- Previous bistro experience is preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and provide menu recommendations when appropriate
- take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently
- check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle special requests or complaints professionally
- promote daily specials, beverages, and upsell opportunities
- maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- process payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- comply with all alcohol and food service regulations
- adhere to the hotel’s grooming and appearance standards
