This role requires a proactive approach where the expert collaborates with the culinary team, prepares tables, serves guests, and ensures cleanliness and order in both work and storage areas. The Guest Service Expert contributes to the overall guest satisfaction by becoming an integral part of the hospitality experience rather than just completing transactions.
