Job Requirements
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- basic math skills for cash handling
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
- clean all equipment and areas
- lock equipment doors
- set up stock and maintain work areas
- take orders from customers and input orders into the point of sales system
- obtain payment and provide change
- communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
- prepare food, coffee, beverages, and alcohol
- prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning and chopping
- cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- process all orders and collect payments
- assist in food and beverage areas including bussing and cleaning tables
- deliver food to guests
- clean food and beverage prep areas and lobby areas
- count bank at end of shift
- complete cashier reports
- resolve discrepancies
- drop off receipts
- and secure bank
