Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend, twist or stoop
- Ability to ascend or descend stairs
- Reach and grasp objects including above head and below waistline
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
- Ability to multitask
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
Job Qualifications
- Barista or food service experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Morning/lunch availability
- Positive attitude and guest-first mindset
- Willingness to learn, grow, and have fun at work
Job Duties
- Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages to brand standards
- Deliver fast, friendly, and genuine guest service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver a smooth morning rush
- Follow food safety, cash handling, and operational procedures
- Represent the Biscuits & Bird brand with pride and positivity
