Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or barista position preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work daytime shifts only

Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold beverages such as espresso, coffee, and tea following precise recipes and presentation guidelines
- Monitor and maintain all beverage-making equipment, report issues, and ensure machinery functions efficiently and safely
- Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and guest areas
- Execute cleaning schedules, sanitize equipment, tools, and workstations continuously to meet safety and cleanliness standards
- Restock ingredients and supplies behind the counter and manage inventory to prevent shortages or waste
- Accurately process guest orders and payments through the POS system
- Adhere strictly to health and food safety protocols throughout preparation, storage, and cleanup processes
- Support team members and management to achieve daily sales and service goals
- Perform opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness throughout your shift, including dish washing, sweeping and mopping floors, removing trash, and cleaning restrooms
