Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for the entire shift
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms for mixing, rolling, and baking
  • Clear hearing, vision, and communication abilities
  • Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
  • Maintains excellent personal hygiene

  • Produce biscuits that deliver big flavor, big height, and bold presentation
  • Maintain consistency across every batch - texture, color, rise, and flavor
  • Take pride in creating biscuits that are Instagram-ready the moment they hit the plate
  • Bring energy, confidence, and personality to the craft
  • Keep the biscuit station stocked, organized, and ready for peak service
  • Communicate clearly with prep cooks, line cooks, and leadership about timing and needs
  • Support teammates proactively - jump in wherever needed
  • Help create a calm, joyful, and collaborative kitchen environment
  • Maintain high sanitation standards at all times
  • Follow all local food safety guidelines and internal procedures
  • Keep the biscuit station clean, organized, and free of cross-contamination risks
  • Complete dishwashing and cleaning tasks as assigned
