As the Birthday Party Sales & Event Manager, you will be the point of contact for customers from the initial inquiry to the successful completion of the party, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, assisting guests with package selections, scheduling events, and resolving any issues that arise during the planning or execution stages. This position demands excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and previous experience in sales, event planning, hospitality, or entertainment venues. Leadership qualities are also essential, as you will oversee party hosts and other support staff to maintain the highest standards of service during events.
This role may require working weekends and busy event days, reflecting the nature of the entertainment industry and the need to be present during peak times to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
