The role available is for enthusiastic, energetic individuals, ideally current or former gymnasts or cheerleaders, who love working with children and are passionate about giving back to the community. This position offers a starting pay of $12 to $15 per hour depending on experience, with eligibility for raises after 60 days and a 401(k) matching benefit up to 4%. The position provides an exciting opportunity to teach classes based on the company’s proven curriculum and teaching method, though extensive training is provided to ensure all instructors are well-prepared. As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a family-like atmosphere for members, ensuring every child and parent feels welcomed and valued.

Beyond daily classes, the role includes hosting and leading birthday parties, engaging with kids in a fun and lively way, and maintaining a consistent weekend schedule primarily comprising Saturday and Sunday afternoon shifts.
