Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience working with children in a related role
- ability to lead group activities
- positive and energetic attitude
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work on feet for extended periods
- flexible availability on evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to engage and inspire children
- experience working in active, dynamic environments
- customer service experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Lead and assist birthday parties, camps, parent-survival nights, and special events based on the proven curriculum and teaching method
- provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families
- ensure safety and engagement during activities
- support team efforts to maintain a clean and welcoming space
- communicate effectively with parents and staff
- help set up and clean up event spaces
