We are currently hiring Bilingual Administrators to join our team at the Sentury Tire warehouse. This full-time position is based on the first shift, running Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with overtime availability. The hourly pay rate for this role is $22.00 and includes weekly paychecks, direct deposit or cash card pay options, and paid training. The Warehouse Administrator position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the warehouse by maintaining accurate records, coordinating shipments, assisting with payroll, and facilitating communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, possess strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, and be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively bridge communications within this bilingual environment. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems are essential for success in this role. This position also entails adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting management with various administrative responsibilities and special projects. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • pass background check

  • visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
  • ability to see, hear, and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular or pedestrian traffic
  • zero tolerance for cell phones on the floor
  • work in a non-climate-controlled building
  • no education requirement
  • must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with overtime availability

Job Duties

  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • process and file shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
  • coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and logistics partners
  • assist with payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying data, and addressing employee payroll inquiries
  • communicate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to support smooth operations
  • must have strong Excel skills
  • strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • support warehouse supervisor or manager with administrative duties and special projects as needed
  • abide by company safety rules
