The position pays $13.00 per hour and includes a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with a set weekly routine. An essential aspect of this role is the ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish, offering bilingual assistance to customers who require it. This means you will be an essential link in solving problems, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, your responsibilities will involve managing customer interactions with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that every inquiry is addressed promptly and efficiently. Our remote setup allows you the comfort of working from home, but it also requires discipline, a strong technical setup, and the ability to maintain productivity independently. You will be required to work 8 hours on the weekend starting from your second week, with shifts typically from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST on Saturdays or noon to 9 p.m. EST on Sundays.

- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to work full-time 40-hour weeks including weekend shifts
