We are currently seeking Bilingual Call Center Representatives to join our remote team, offering a unique opportunity for individuals fluent in both English and Spanish to provide outstanding customer support from home. This position operates on a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule and offers a competitive pay rate of $12.00 per hour. The role requires handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive consumer experience by employing strong communication and problem-solving skills. The job involves a dynamic, fast-paced environment where multitasking and technical aptitude are essential. Additionally, the position includes working 8 hours on the weekend, either from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST on Saturdays or 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST on Sundays, starting the second week of employment.
