Job Description

Animal Cancer Care Clinic is a specialized veterinary facility exclusively focused on the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in animals. With seven locations throughout Florida, the clinic is known for delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to pets battling cancer. Each full-service wellness center, including the one in Fort Lauderdale, offers an extensive range of oncology services such as medical oncology, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, surgical oncology, and clinical trials. This dedication to specialized cancer care positions Animal Cancer Care Clinic as a leader in veterinary oncology within the region, emphasizing both advanced treatments and empathetic support for patients and their owners.

The role available is for a Veterinary Receptionist at the Orlando location, designed for a motivated, compassionate individual who excels in customer service. This full-time position plays a vital role as the first point of contact for clients and their pets, helping to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. While prior experience as a veterinary receptionist is highly preferred, it is not strictly required, allowing individuals with strong customer service skills and a passion for animal care to apply. The Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling administrative tasks such as faxing, filing, and scanning. This position also involves understanding the clinic’s procedures and policies to help support overall operations efficiently.

Compensation for this position is based on experience, and the clinic values enthusiasm and commitment to excellent client service. Joining the team offers an opportunity to work within one of Florida's leading animal oncology centers, where you can contribute meaningfully to the lives of animals and their families. Additionally, this role provides opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and specialized environment, making it appealing for those looking to develop a career in veterinary healthcare and administration. If you are passionate about veterinary oncology and enjoy working in a team-oriented, compassionate setting, Animal Cancer Care Clinic encourages you to apply and become part of a mission dedicated to delivering the highest standards of cancer care for pets.
