We are currently seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team in El Paso, TX. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $14 to $15 per hour and is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must for this position, enabling effective communication with a diverse resident base. As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the face of the property, working closely with prospective and current residents to provide a seamless leasing experience. Your responsibilities will encompass greeting and giving tours to prospective residents, understanding their housing needs, assisting with leasing paperwork, and following up with leads to close deals.

Beyond leasing activities, you will manage the entire lease renewal process and retention efforts, contributing significantly to resident satisfaction and community stability. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and social media platforms. Familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, or MRI is advantageous but not mandatory.

This position reports directly to the property manager and offers a chance to grow your career with ongoing training and support. You will be responsible for ensuring apartments are move-in ready, communicating lease and community policies clearly, and employing creative marketing techniques to attract new residents. Working weekends may be required to meet the needs of the community and provide excellent service coverage.
